We use Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel and Evri to deliver our parcels. These delivery services operate mainly Monday to Friday weekdays and not on bank holiday or weekends.

Sale & Seconds: Please note that sale, samples and seconds cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our items we do not offer next day delivery. Certain stocked or sale items can be sent next day with an order cut off time of 11am Monday to Thursday. Next day delivery is charged at £3.99 where applicable, this option will show at the checkout if applicable.
As we use various couriers to deliver our parcels and items can often arrive separately for example we make our rugs and cushions in different locations so they do arrive at different times - see below for a better idea of manufacturing times.
On dispatch you will receive an email that may contain a tracking number, not all of our items allow us to provide a tracking number but we can trace all orders on our internal system. If your item hasn't arrived within 5 days of a dispatch email please contact us.

We can now offer delivery to the above areas, due to the varied amount of shipping options please add your item to cart and our system will calculate the cheapest rate for your area. if you have any issues please contact us.
Please note: Custom charges may apply and they are payable in all cases by the customer. We will always declare and complete all relevant paperwork but we cannot control customs unfortunately.
