Products are lovely & good quality but customer service terrible. I contacted customer service straight after placing my order and still haven’t had a reply, goods received a week ago.

We wanted the sparkly cherry coasters, ordered them and received non sparkly and two bows and two cherry type coasters. Reordered and paid for sparkly cherry coasters, were were sent the dull non cherry sparkly ones again!!! Looked into sending them back and we’d have to pay for postage etc so would cost the same! Feel like we’ve been conned TWICE

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we are genuinely sorry for the experience you have had. Receiving the wrong item twice is completely unacceptable and we fully understand why you feel let down.
We have looked into this and it appears two of our products have very similar names, which was causing our system to pull through the wrong item at fulfilment. This has now been corrected so it will not happen to anyone else.
We do want to mention that we have checked our inbox and we have no record of receiving an email from you.
Please know that had you contacted us at any point, we would have resolved this for you immediately. We never want any of our customers to feel stuck or out of pocket.
That said, we can see you have been charged twice for an item you never actually received, and we want to put that right. We will be refunding one of your payments in full and sending out the correct sparkly cherry coasters to you straight away. Please do keep the incorrect items with our apologies.

Wow, this is so lovely, who knew a chopping board could bring so much joy. A one of a kind.
I'm really happy with my cutting board. It took long to arrive than I thought but when I messaged customer care they were lovely and helpful.
I bought 4 Green Glass Hip Hop Chopping boards for our new corner kitch table & benches. I am using the boards as placemats on our table as they are the perfect size & are glass so very sturdy & easy to wipe clean. They look fantastic & put a bit of fun & colour into our dinner table. They were beautifully & carefully packaged so they arrived in 1 piece. They are also made to order which was evident as they were perfect ! No marks / finger prints etc & lovely & securely packaged - will definitely order from Yililo again x

bought the small croisant chopping board , absoulety love its for a giftr but i think il treat myself aswell
I ordered 2 chopping board. One was personalised. The quality was amazing and they look fabulous in my kitchen. The delivery was a little delayed but this was the fault of Royal Mail not Yilliio. Would definitely buy again and recommend to all x
