Delivery Information
Please read before ordering
Some of our products are made to order. This means they are made fresh specifically for you after you place your order.
Made to order products are: chopping boards, coasters and placemats.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for production before your order is despatched. This is in addition to the delivery time below. During busy periods such as sales, bank holidays and Christmas this may take a little longer.
All other products are stocked and despatched within 2 working days.
Parcels from the same order can sometimes arrive separately.
UK & Northern Ireland Delivery
Once despatched, orders are sent via a tracked 2 to 3 working day service. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not currently offer guaranteed next day delivery.
USA Delivery
Standard delivery 3 to 17 working days, £15
Australia Delivery

Ireland Delivery
Currently unavailable.
EU Delivery
Currently unavailable. Due to the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into effect in December 2024, some of our products are temporarily unavailable for delivery to EU countries. This affects our chopping boards, placemats, coasters and wall art. We are actively working on a solution and hope to resume EU deliveries soon. We apologise for any inconvenience. For more information on GPSR please visit EU Regulation 2023/988.

International Orders
Please Note
All international orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges. For more information please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Packaging
We take packaging seriously. Every order is carefully wrapped and packaged to give your items the best possible protection on their journey to you. We have tested our packaging to make sure it meets the demands of the postal network and we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Once your parcel leaves us and is handed over to Royal Mail, it is in their care. Please do get in touch with us if your order arrives damaged and we will do our best to help.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey via the Royal Mail website.
Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before getting in touch about a missing parcel. Royal Mail ask that we allow the following timeframes before raising an investigation: UK orders: up to 10 working days from the despatch date
International orders: up to 20 working days from the despatch date
Once these timeframes have passed we are able to open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please contact us at hello@yililo.com if you believe your parcel is lost and we will look into it straight away.
Wrong Address
Please double check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to make changes to your address once your order has been despatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost as a result of an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order please contact us immediately at hello@yililo.com. We will do our best to update it if your order has not yet been despatched, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If Royal Mail attempts to deliver your parcel and nobody is available to receive it, they will leave a calling card or send an email with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot. Please act on this promptly as uncollected parcels may be returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us you may be charged for redelivery.
Busy Periods
During exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays and sale events, both production and delivery times may be extended beyond our usual timeframes. We will always keep our announcement bar updated with any changes to current processing times so please check there for the most up to date information before getting in touch.
Non made to order items are usually despatched within 2 working days.
