We have a 30-day return policy:
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, and another 15 days to send it back to us.

Return postage is your responsibility.
International customers are responsible for the full return shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 working days from when we receive your return for your refund to be issued.
Items Eligible for Return
• Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• Must be free from signs of wear, stains, strong smells, or damage
• Personalised items (e.g. mugs, cushions, doormats with names or dates) are non-refundable unless faulty — please double-check all spellings at checkout

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away with a photo so we can make it right.
