30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return and send it back to us.
How to Start a Return
To return your items;
- Simply post your item back to our returns address below — just include your details inside (see “What to Include”).
What to Include in Your Parcel
Put a note inside with your order number and the name and email address used on the order. This lets us match your return and refund you quickly.

Postage
Return postage is your responsibility, including the full cost for international returns. We recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 working days for it to be inspected and processed (a little longer during sale or promotional periods). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
For Buy Now, Pay Later orders (e.g. Klarna, Clearpay), your return is logged with the provider, so please send refund queries to them directly.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original, resaleable condition — with all tags, labels and packaging intact, and free from wear, marks, stains or strong smells.

- Personalised items (unless faulty) — please double-check spellings at checkout
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please email us at hello@yililo.com (with photos if you can) before sending anything back, so we can help and put it right. It helps to check your parcel on arrival — if the outer packaging is damaged, ask the courier to note it and take photos.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different design or size, return your item as above and place a new order.
