Negatives: it took about 9 days to be despatched. The doggy themed board isn't as vibrant as the pictures online and the drawings up close look a bit like a child's drawing. I was a little underwhelmed tbh.
Positive: Very well packaged, nice quality. Brightens a worktop.
Overall, a satisfied customer. I would order again.. I ordered 2 but undecided on what to do with the second one..I was going to gift it but changed my mind as the doggies look a bit dodgy up close. Not quite how I imagined it would look.
Hello Jacqueline,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such thoughtful and honest feedback. We’re so pleased you were happy with the quality and packaging, and that the boards have brightened up your worktop.
I’m sorry the dog design wasn’t quite as vibrant as you expected. The artwork is intentionally drawn in a playful, doodle-like style, but I completely understand that this may not have come across clearly enough in the product photographs. Your feedback is really helpful, and I’ll look at adding some closer images so customers can see the details more clearly before ordering.
I’m also sorry the turnaround felt longer than expected. As each board is made to order, our usual dispatch time is up to seven working days, although I appreciate that this can feel like a long wait when weekends are included.
Thank you again for your review and photograph and especially for saying that you would order from us again. It genuinely means a lot.
Warm Regards
Bri
